Welcome

MEET THE BRILLIANT TEAM 

We are a brilliant group led by Prof. Yao-Wei Huang under the Department of Photonics, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU), Taiwan. We are developing novel applications based on metamaterials, metasurfaces, and flat optics, including endomicroscopy, light detection and ranging (lidar), augmented/virtual reality (AR/VR), computational imaging, and quantum optical information. Hoping our members are able to be the light of the world!

MEET THE GROUP LEADER

Dr. Yao Wei Huang is currently an Assistant Professor of Photonics and Yushan Young Scholar at NYCU. Experienced researcher and scientist with a demonstrated history of working in Harvard, Caltech, and NUS. Skilled in Nanophotonics, Physics, Materials Science, Nanofabrication, and Nanotechnology. Strong research professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Physics from National Taiwan University.
