MEET THE BRILLIANT TEAM
We are a brilliant group led by Prof. Yao-Wei Huang under the Department of Photonics, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU), Taiwan. We are developing novel functionalities and applications based on metasurfaces, including inverse design, structured light, dispersion engineering, computational visual sensing, and their innovative applications in extended reality and LiDAR. Hoping our members will be the light of the world!
About PI
MEET THE GROUP LEADER
Dr. Yao Wei Huang is currently an Assistant Professor of Photonics and Yushan Young Scholar at NYCU. Experienced researcher and scientist with a demonstrated history of working in Harvard, Caltech, and NUS. Skilled in Nanophotonics, Physics, Materials Science, Nanofabrication, and Nanotechnology. Strong research professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Physics from National Taiwan University.
